There are restaurants and there are restaurants It seems years ago the "Artisti" decided to change and go in a new direction, in fact it's only been three years, since October 1997. A new direction, yet at the same time in keeping with tradition, good food, good wines and the pleasure of good company. Old recipes, fresh flavours: both respects tradition and the search for new tastes found in the quality of our ingredients, in the work we put into our everyday preparations, and in the excellent wines we have selected. We have also gone for a congenial atmosphere, where our clients can feel at home: we have just created a sitting room especially for cigar lovers, which many have tried, tested and appreciated. However all of this would not have been enough to create the restaurant we dreamed of without good company sharing the pleasure of eating and drinking together around a table. So thanks to you all. To you who have 'clinked' your glasses and toasted with high spirits. To you who have laughed heartily. To you who have asked autographs from the next table - actors and sportsmen alike. To you who have come in sullen and left smiling. You have given life, light and warmth to something which otherwise would have been simply a place to eat and drink. For all this it's our immense pleasure to wait on you.
